  4. Be ready with a Valid mobile number and email-Id to which SMS alert and every correspondence can be done.

  5. Start filling up online Application Form

  6. Click “Save & Continue” option for verifying the filled-up Form shown.
    (College authority will not be responsible for any false information provided by the candidates after this stage.)

  7. Click ‘Payment’ option to reach “Bill Desk” (automatic generated portal) for pay online.

Academic Qualification Details ( On the date of Application )

  1. For H.S. (under WBCHSE or CBSE class XII or ISC Class XII or equivalent level), % of best five marks obtained in any subject is required to enter (inclusion of two subjects from language group is not mandatory).

  2. Pass/General Graduates have to enter the % of total marks in the ‘B.A/B.Sc./B.Com. pass/General’ row.

  3. Honours Graduates have to enter the % of marks in the row of 'Honours Degree'

  4. Honours Graduates having < 50% in Honours but >=50% in (Hons.+ Pass/General)  will be considered as Pass/General
    (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PWD) and have to enter the % of marks in ‘B.A/B.Sc./B.Com. pass/General’ row.

  5. Honours Graduates having < 50% in Honours but >= 50% in Master Degree are also elligible
    (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PWD) and should not enter the % of marks in ‘B.A/B.Sc./B.Com. pass/General’ row.
    They have to enter the % of marks in
    the row of 'Honours Degree'


  6. Honours or Master Degree candidates who have not studied subjects offered by the college at Honours or Master Degree but studied it at Pass/General (see the List of offered Subjects) may apply as Pass/General. 
    They should not enter % of marks of in the 'Honours' or 'Master’s Degree' row.

  7. B.E./B.Tech. (or any other qualification equivalent thereto) candidates with Science and/or Mathematics, with 55% marks , have to enter the % of marks of B.E/ B.Tech. in the row of Honours Degree. (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PWD)
    and should not enter % of marks of M.E./M.Tech. (if any) in the 'Master’s Degree' row.

Selection Method:

  1. Applications will be verified by college ONLINE(from uploaded documents).

  2. Selection of Deputed candidates for admission will be made on Service Seniority.

  3. Selection of Fresher candidates will be made on Academic Scoring.
    Score=(% of Madhyamik) x 0.1+(% of HS) x 0.2+(% of Honours/B.E/B.Tech.) x 0.3 + (% of Master Degree) x 0.35 +(3 for M.Phil ORfor Ph.D)

  4. The Candidates who will be considered as Pass/General
    Score=(% of Madhyamik) x 0.1 + (% of HS) x 0.2 +(% of Pass or General ) x 0.1+(% of Master Degree ) x 0.35 +(3 for M.Phil ORfor Ph.D )

  5. A Merit list as per SEAT MATRIX will be published from valid at for counselling in due course.

Documents required for counselling

(i) All testimonials in original and self attested photocopy (i.e. all mark sheets and certificates)
(ii) One self-attested print-out of the filled-up Application Form
(iii)Print out of online payment slip
(iv)Two passport size photographs
(v) Aadhaar Card/ EPIC (for  photo and address proof)

Extra documents required for Deputed candidates

(vi) Original M.C. resolution duly countersigned by the D.I. / ADI.
(vii) Original Teaching Certificate (class –IX to XII) issued by the H.M./ TIC
(viii) Original & Photocopies of Service appointment letter
(ix) Original & Photocopies of Joining report & approval by the D.I.
(x) Govt. Order/NOC (for Govt. Deputed Candidates).

Online Counselling

Merit listed candidates will be recommended by our admission committee and allowed to pay "Total Tuition Fee" ONlLINE.

Physical Document Verification

On the “Date of Physical verification of Documents” , provisionally admitted candidates must appear physically with the following documents Otherwise Admission will not be confirmed.

(i) Mark sheets + Certificates for each level+ SC/ST/PWD certificate (if any)(in original & self attested photocopy)

(ii) One self-attested  print-out of the filled-up Application Form.

(iii) Print out of online payment slip of  Rs. 2400/-

(iv)Two passport size colour photographs.

(v) Aadhaar Card/ EPIC (for photo and address proof)

If any anomalies detected even after admission, A candidate's admission will be cancelled.

Hostel facility is available for all, but NO Hostel fees will be collected at the time of admission.

Other Important Information Related to Admission

  • All the stipulated dates & time may be changed at any circumstances and the college authority deserves the rights not to mention the reason thereof.

  • At the time of admission, if any document related to admission is found inappropriate or insufficient or fake, entire procedure would be cancelled & criminal proceeding may be implied as per proper Rules & Regulations.

  • Ragging is prohibited as per UGC & NCTE norms. (After admission, one online and  two offline affidavits will be required from students and Guardian)

  • Hostel is free for all trainees. Boarders will manage and maintain a fund to run the food expenses.

  • After getting admitted, a "Vidyarthi Parishad" will be formed and a fund will be maintained by trainees under the supervision of teachers. The fund is used for various cultural programmes like  "Barsha Mangal","Agamani", excursion, publishing magazines, beautification of campus, games and sports etc.

  • After getting admitted, candidates have to sign a declaration form physically.
